CLICK TRICK DOG TRAINING & BEHAVIOUR

We are April & Lorraine and we are based in Deal/ Dover in Kent. April has worked with dogs professionally for the past 10 years after gaining a 1st class BA(Hons) degree in animal science. After that she went on to working in rescue kennels for 4 years before going self-employed and setting up this business. Lorraine joined April in 2022 after starting off as one of April's clients with her anxious dog and then getting hooked on the world of dog training! We now work together for all our classes and 1:1 sessions as we found it much more beneficial working together vs working separately. The benefits of there always being 2 of us are huge! One of the biggest benefits is that there will always be one of us being a 'spotter' to protect anxious/ reactive dogs from having an off-lead dog interrupt a session. We always want every client/ dog to get the most out of each session and that will always be our priority over everything else. We are passionate about helping owners improve their relationship with their pets and our focus is always on happy dogs and happy owners. All our training is reward based/ force-free and we are continuously keeping up to date with the latest science around dog training and behaviour. All our sessions are relaxed and fun with a focus on making learning fun for everyone. Our aim for every session is for both dog and owner to leave having had a positive experience!

Between us both we have 5 dogs. April has 3 dogs; Winnie the Jack Russell Terrier, Incy the Black Labrador and Buzz the LUA Liver-Spotted Dalmatian. Lorraine has 2 dogs; Hux the Portuguese Water Dog and Rae the German Shepherd.

We cover Deal, Sandwich and Thanet as well as Dover, Folkestone, Hythe and all surrounding areas.
